I was helped by Bree.....not sure if she's the new manager but what amazing service. She was giving such amazing customer service with such a genuine smile, what a beautiful soul. The food was good too.
This review is long overdue! I gave this location 5 stars for all the below reasons. I have been coming here for 6+ years and it is a twice a month dinner for my home. Fresh food Great quality Cleanliness is good Love almost everything on the menu! Awesome customer service, Trevor is always very helpful even under pressure. Even the cooks will say hello and acknowledge you when you come in if they aren't too busy. Wait time is usually good, and reasonable when it the kitchen is backed up. If any mistakes they handle with professionalism and replace it quickly or refund you no hassle. I have personally seen some pretty un-please-able customers who want to cause a seen to just get their food free. They have even gone above and beyond for making me food right at closing time, and did me a solid! Normally, I don't take pictures of my food because it's gone as soon as it hits the table. I highly recommend this location!!
First time in this chain restaurant There were 2 people a lady and a cook The lady was busy packing up to go orders and instead of ignoring me she acknowledged me and told me she would be with me in a minute I ordered to go the Phad Thai with chicken about $11.00. She told me everything is cooked fresh and to order so it would be 10 minutes wait She helped the cook who was working at hyper speed and I got my dish much quicker It was HOT Temperature wise and spice wise too If you like spicy food that will clear out your sinuses well then you'll like this place I do enjoy the Thai Kitchen in Corona as their spices aren't as hot The amount of chicken is weighed I'm thinking 5-6 ounces tons of noodles and onions (see pic )
